Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the LineVibes storefront, including guest previews, account features, digital deliveries, physical-product orders, subscriptions, and generation credits.

1. Services covered
LineVibes offers AI-assisted preview generation, digital artwork delivery, physical-product fulfillment, account-based artwork libraries, guest purchase claims, subscription plans, and one-time credit packs. By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and ownership rules
- Guest users may generate previews and may complete eligible one-time artwork purchases where the storefront permits.
- Long-term management of artworks, downloads, subscriptions, and generation credits is account-bound.
- Guest orders may require a verified claim flow before they appear in an account library.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that registration details are accurate.
3. User content and generated outputs
If you upload images, prompts, or other source material, you confirm that you have the right to use that material and to authorize LineVibes to process it for preview generation, production, fulfillment, and support. Product previews and mockups are illustrative. Final outputs may vary slightly because of production methods, materials, or device display differences.
4. Pricing, payments, subscriptions, and generation credits
Prices, promotions, availability, and plan details may change over time. Payment must be completed successfully before delivery, production, generation credit issuance, or subscription activation. Subscription plans and credit packs are account-bound products. Generation credits, billing cycles, and plan access are managed through the signed-in customer account associated with the purchase.
Generation credits are account-bound and are used for eligible preview generation or regeneration. Final digital files, commercial licenses, SVG or print-ready master files, and physical products may require separate checkout unless a plan or pack explicitly includes them.
5. Delivery and fulfillment
- Digital goods may be delivered on the order confirmation surface, by email, or through the customer account where applicable.
- Physical goods are fulfilled from China and shipped through third- party carriers. Delivery windows are estimates only.
- Risk of delay may arise from production, customs review, carrier routing, peak seasons, or other factors outside our direct control.
6. Returns, cancellations, and billing issues
Returns and refund handling depend on the product type. Personalized physical goods, delivered digital files, activated subscriptions, issued generation credits, and consumed generation credits may have limited refund options once fulfillment, activation, or access has occurred. Please review the dedicated returns and shipping pages in this content center before purchase. If a charge, delivery, or product outcome is materially wrong, contact support and we will review the issue under our published policies and applicable law.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The LineVibes storefront, branding, layouts, product imagery, software, and business materials remain the property of LineVibes or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not misuse the site, interfere with platform security, automate abuse, upload unlawful content, or copy protected materials without permission.
8. Liability, governing law, and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineVibes provides the storefront and services on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
