This page explains how LineVibes handles physical-order fulfillment and what customers should expect for digital delivery, processing time, transit estimates, and customs handling.

1. Digital delivery vs. physical shipping

Digital artwork files, claim links, and account-based downloads are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping. This policy mainly applies to physical goods such as framed, printed, or other tangible products ordered through LineVibes.

2. Fulfillment origin and processing time

Physical LineVibes orders are coordinated from Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Standard processing usually takes 2–5 business days, while personalized or made-to-order items may require extra production time before dispatch.

This Shipping Policy explains our general shipping process and estimated delivery times. Some products may have different production times, shipping methods, or delivery estimates. If a product page displays a specific shipping estimate or delivery note, the product page information will apply to that product.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer when carriers, customs agencies, or peak-season demand create delays.

4. Tracking, customs, and duties

We send tracking details to the checkout email once the carrier scans the parcel. International orders may be reviewed by customs and may incur duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless the storefront states otherwise, those import costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Delivery issues

If your parcel is lost, damaged, stalled in transit, or delivered to the wrong address, contact support@linevibes.com with your order number and any tracking evidence you have. We will review the case and coordinate with the carrier where appropriate.
