LineVibes operates a storefront that includes guest artwork previews, account-based artwork management, digital downloads, physical-product fulfillment, subscription billing, and generation credit balances. This policy applies when you browse the site, upload source images, create previews, place orders, request support, or manage your account.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and account details such as your name, email address, password, phone number, and shipping address.
  • Order and billing details such as purchased items, subscription plan status, generation credit balance events, and payment results processed through third-party providers.
  • Artwork and personalization inputs such as uploaded photos, preview generations, crop selections, design preferences, and related order metadata.
  • Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, local or session storage identifiers, tracking pixels, tags, session identifiers, and usage logs.
  • Support and communications data when you email us or contact our support team about an order, download, shipping issue, or billing question.

3. How we use information

  • To generate previews, personalize products, and deliver purchased artwork files or physical goods.
  • To operate account features such as artwork libraries, downloads, orders, subscriptions, and generation credits.
  • To manage guest-order claim flows, fraud checks, rate limits, and other account-protection measures.
  • To send service messages such as order confirmations, delivery updates, claim links, billing notices, and support responses.
  • To improve product quality, diagnose issues, and monitor reliability, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To measure storefront usage, product interest, campaign performance, advertising effectiveness, and feature reliability where analytics or marketing tools are configured.

4. How we share information

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including with payment providers, cloud hosting and storage vendors, email and notification services, shipping carriers, manufacturing or print partners, analytics, measurement and advertising providers, and professional advisors. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of LineVibes, customers, or third parties.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

LineVibes may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and server-side event tools for storefront operation, analytics, measurement, and advertising where configured. Our Cookie Policy describes these categories in more detail.

  • Google Tag Manager may be used to manage website tags and route configured analytics or marketing tags.
  • Google Analytics may be used to measure page views, events, product interest, traffic sources, and storefront performance.
  • Meta Pixel may be used for browser-based advertising measurement, page-view tracking, product-view tracking, cart or checkout event measurement, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Meta Conversions API may be used to send selected website events from our server-side systems to Meta for measurement and event matching, including events such as product views, cart actions, checkout starts, and purchases where configured.
  • Microsoft Clarity may be used to understand site interaction patterns, diagnose usability issues, and review aggregate analytics or session-replay style data where configured.

6. International operations and retention

LineVibes operates from Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China and may rely on service providers in other countries. Information may be stored or processed across borders where our systems or vendors operate. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide previews, orders, account access, re-delivery, claim support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and bookkeeping.

7. Your choices and rights
